24 hours of pure exhilaration!
The 24 hour spin is like the biggest spin class in town. Ride for as little or as much as you want and do it at your own pace! It’s completely up to you. You can have as many as 24 cyclists on a team, each riding an hour. Or you can be a team of one, riding up to 24 hours. Or anything in between. And with non-stop entertainment from bands like Doug Soul Drums, and some of the best DJ’s and tribute bands in the city, you’ll never have a dull moment.
Non-stop music and kickin’ entertainment live on stage, jumbo-sized multi-media screens amidst a peloton of bikes powered by adrenalin. Get your team together for a day and a night, that you will never forget. Entertainment, bikes, refreshments, and encouragement are all included!

For the past decade, the 24hr Spin has operated in Mississauga raising millions on behalf of cancer treatment. Marking its 10th anniversary, the event is moving to Toronto's Exhibition Place to coincide with the Toronto Bike Show. When you’re finished walking around the show, come over and RIDE.
Put your team together.
With your team registration, you will be assigned a stationary bike. It’s up to you to recruit and schedule team members to keep the pedals turning for 24 hours. You might have 24 people riding an hour each, 6 people doing 4 hours, or for the ultimate challenge, riding the full 24hrs solo!

Participants in the 24 Hour Spin will be given a 3 day pass to the Toronto International Bike Show, which runs from Friday March 5 - Sunday March 7 at the Better Living Centre, next door to the 24 Hour Spin. As one of North America's largest consumer bicycle shows, the Toronto International Bike Show is the place to preview the newest trends in cycling, shop for bikes and accessories, gather tips and tricks from the experts and be entertained by live cycling events. Bike Reservation:
Solo Spinners (1-5 riders): $375.00 per team
Team Spinners (6+ riders): $475.00 per team
Corporate Spinners (1-24 riders): $650.00 per team
Fundraising:
Suggested Minimum per team member: $250
For teams with two riders or less, the bike must fundraise a minimum of $750.
