Volunteer
Want to be involved in this fantastic event, but the bike seat doesn’t look too appealing? We’d love to have you join us as a volunteer for 4 to 24 hours. You and the rest of the volunteer crew will help this event keep running ‘round the clock.

Registration & Check-in Team
You’ll be charged with the very important duty of welcoming incoming participants and checking them in. The first shift will help people register the day of the event, before it begins at noon. Every rider will be greeted with a wristband and t-shirt and you’ll quickly become an event expert, ready to answer any questions they might have.
Donations Team
The reason we’re all here! Participants have been working hard to collect their cheque and cash donations. You’ll be there to collect it from them and ensure their pledge forms match what’s inside. Then we’ll seal them up and tuck them away for processing.
Food Team
All that spinning means lots of hungry riders looking to satisfy their appetite. You’ll be there to make sure the supplies are fully stocked, and walk around to floor to offer up snacks to riders so they don’t miss a beat.
Floor Team
Like to be on your feet and a part of the action? Join us on the floor to ensure riders are spinning along, problem free. You’ll be there to make sure the aisles are clear, water bottles are filled and the bikes are spinning. Should someone not feel well or a bike is having a mechanical issue, you’ve got the important task of bringing this to the attention of our medical staff or bike mechanics.
